This production line is a product independently developed by our company for the fully automated assembly and production of LED bulbs, including automatic feeding, material detection, automatic wire cutting and management, automatic lamp holder, automatic bending, automatic lighting test, Automatic rivet installation, automatic lamp cap riveting, automatic lamp cup flipping, automatic leveling, automatic gluing, automatic lid blister, automatic detection blister, NG rejection, automatic blanking function.
● The output of single station whole line is 1000-1200PCS/H
● The output of the double-station whole line is 2200-2400PCS/H
● There are 3-4 operators for the whole line of single station
● Double-station whole line operators 6-8 people
● The pass rate of the whole line is greater than or equal to 98% (except for poor raw materials)
● This equipment reduces customer costs and improves site utilization
● For small batch products, some automation functions can be selectively used
● The assembly process of the LED bulb is simplified, and the equipment is easier to be operated by workers.
